Terms of use

These terms cover access to the Homeneeds private ordering application. They do not replace separately agreed sales, credit, delivery or payment terms.

Permitted access

Homeneeds grants invited users permission to use the application for authorized business ordering and fulfillment. Each customer business has one customer login. Keep credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not attempt to access another business’s information, bypass permissions or interfere with the service.

Orders and fulfillment

Submit accurate quantities, references and item instructions. Availability may change. Authorized staff may adjust quantities, replace items or remove unavailable items during fulfillment. Customers can review the resulting order details. The ordering interface does not display prices; invoices and separately agreed commercial terms govern billing.

QuickBooks Online

Only an authorized administrator may connect the intended QuickBooks company. The integration synchronizes records and prepares invoice details. An administrator must review and approve a completed order before invoice creation. The application does not process payments or automatically email QuickBooks invoices.

Account changes and availability

Administrators may disable or replace account access. Historical orders and audit records remain associated with their original activity. Maintenance, provider outages and other interruptions may affect availability. Contact Homeneeds if an order or accounting action is unclear before submitting it again.
